Despite the hotel's prime location and good amenities, my stay was very disappointing due to the poor condition of the rooms and lack of effective housekeeping. The friendly service didn't compensate for the underlying issues I encountered with the facilities and room cleanliness. It's a shame because it had potential, but I left feeling dissatisfied, especially for the price I paid.
